Sales Engineer Belgium

Technoform Insulation Solution Belgium is the newest company within the Group, dedicated to Benelux & French Market.
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is responsible for the whole product development process in the BeNeLux market.

What makes you stand out.

Main tasks

  • You will be the Sales Responsible for the Benelux market with a turnover of about 13 Mio Euros, mainly ‘Farmer’ profile, and punctually ‘Hunter’.
  • You are responsible for the whole product development process – beginning from the idea – over the product launch – up to the series process. Product follow-up in each internal and external process. Both technically and commercially
  • As a Sales Engineer you will be visiting your customers within the Benelux market, but you will also identify the potential growth areas for your region (geographical, per customers, per market segments, ..)
  • You will provide Technical support to your customers (Strips design, Systems advices, Thermal calculations, Mechanical simulations, Technical support in general,…)
  • You will do the sales agreements negotiations and prepare the price offers  (including costs analysis)
  • You will be in close contact with the different teams/divisions/departments/sections of the business, such as Market & Production, Order Management & logistic, Tool design team,…
  • You will be part of the NW organization, member of the transversal NW TP1 team and globally part of Technoform.
  • You are in close contact with foreign sales colleagues.

What you contribute.

Sales Engineer Background & skills:

  • Engineering background with Sales skills. Junior profiles can also be considered.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with the (proven) ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
  • High sense of customer service.
  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.
  • Authentic person who can work autonomously and connect easily with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open, Flexible, Long-term partnership oriented
  • Strong language knowledge Dutch, French (connection with France) and English (Technoform exchanges)
