• Contact details
• Company data
• Video / image recordings
• Communication data

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting online meetings on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Without providing your data, participation in our online meetings is not possible.

On the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR), images and video sequences may also be made during online meetings for documentation, marketing, or information purposes.

The data related to online meetings will be deleted after the expiration of the statutory retention periods. Data that we use for marketing purposes will be deleted once the marketing activity has ended.

3. Recipients of Personal Data

We only disclose your data to third parties when necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes. Furthermore, data may be disclosed to authorities on the basis of legal provisions pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. c and e GDPR.

In addition, our online meeting platform Teams is provided by Microsoft as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In this context, data transfers outside the EU may occur. The level of data protection is ensured through a contract based on the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR.
