At Technoform, we manufacture plastic profiles using state-of-the-art thermoplastic extrusion technology – delivering outstanding precision, consistent quality, and a wide variety of designs.
Through innovative material blends, we process compounds with short or long fibers made of glass, carbon, or minerals – even at high filler content. Combined with various base polymers, these compounds offer unique properties such as thermal or electrical conductivity, UV resistance, or micro-hollow chamber profiles tailored for specialized applications.
Our specialized extrusion process enables extremely precise results – with smooth surfaces, sharp edges, and minimal tolerances.

Pioneering pultrusion process
At Technoform, we leverage thermoplastic pultrusion to produce high-performance, custom-engineered plastic profiles. By combining continuous glass fibers with thermoplastic materials, we create lightweight, strong, and recyclable components – ideal for applications in the automotive, construction, aerospace, and wind energy sectors.

Precise post-processing
Our work doesn’t stop at profile production. Depending on your needs, we carry out a variety of post-processing steps – so you can integrate your profiles seamlessly without additional effort.
We cut profiles to fixed lengths, deburr edges, label parts, and apply protective films to visible surfaces. We punch, drill, laminate, mount end caps, and much more. For specialized requirements, we enhance insulation performance using foam or low-emission film.
