2 Purpose and legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD) and all other laws relevant to us in terms of data protection.

Education and work experience
social security data,
application data,

We usually receive this data directly from you. In some cases, we conduct internet search or receive data from employment agencies

The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Without the provision of the required data, it is not possible to carry out the application process. In addition, we may also be legally obliged to process personal data. In this case, data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR.

The personal data of applicants is stored for a maximum of two years.

The recipients of your data will be the different areas of our entity, other entity of group as well as the third parties to whom we transfer your data, when it is lawful in accordance with the provisions on the basis of legal provisions in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) and (e) GDPR
