2 Purpose and legal basis 

We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR in order to properly organise our business operations:  

  • If you contact us and there is no start of the contract. 
  • If you have been appointed as a contact person for us during the business relationship with us. 

If the data processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, the data processing will be carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1) (c) GDPR. 

For the following groups, suppliers and individuals with professional contacts,we process the following categories of personal data: 

  • Identification data:  
    • name and surname, DNI/CIF/Identification document,  
    • address 
    • signature 
    • phone 
  • Professional contact details:  
    • address 
    • email  
    • phone 

Without providing the data, we cannot process your request. 

 

3 Recipients of personal data 

As a data controller, we will only pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose. In addition, the data may be transmitted to the authorities pursuant to the legal provisions in accordance with Art. 6(1) (c) and (e) GDPR. 

In addition, in a number of cases we engage processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, who may receive data from us or have access to your data in connection with their service. In this context, data transfers may also take place outside the EU. In doing so, we ensure that there is an EU adequacy decision for the relevant destination country in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR or that we have concluded a contract with the respective service providers pursuant to the standard data protection clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR (https://commission.europa.eu/publications/standard-contractual-clauses-international-transfers_en). 

In the case of data processors,  you may not communicate personal data to third parties unless you have the express authorisation of the data controller, as these data are necessary for the execution of the contract from which they are caused and in the legally established cases.
