The Diamond of Skopje project represents a bold vision for urban living, blending residential, retail, hospitality and community spaces into a unified mixed-use destination at the heart of North Macedonia’s capital. With a construction area of over 325,000 m², this development redefines scale and quality, creating an architectural statement that balances modern design with functional excellence.
To enhance overall building performance and improve thermal efficiency, Technoform hybrid warm edge spacers were specified in the façade system. These high-performance spacers support better insulation, reduce thermal bridging, and contribute to long-term energy savings across the complex.
