Tour Pleyel demonstrates how existing architecture can be reimagined: a classic high-rise is transformed into a modern, sustainable mixed-use development, seamlessly combining office spaces, event areas, and public zones. 

At the heart of the project is the building envelope: Technoform thermal break insulating profiles significantly improve energy efficiency, reduce heat loss, and create a comfortable indoor climate. The project also meets the stringent standards of HQE Bâtiment Durable and BREEAM certifications, setting new benchmarks for sustainable building design.
