New EPD for warm edge spacers SP14/SP18 from Technoform: Verified data for more sustainable construction

These spacers are designed for all common frame sizes. Patented steel wire (SP14) ensure high profile stability in the processing process. Low values and high productivity make it an ideal solution for standard insulating glass.

High-end solution for demanding geometries and maximum thermal efficiency.

The SP24 combines excellent thermal conductivity and low lambda equivalent values with the advantage of cold bending for maximum productivity, similar to a standard warm edge spacer. To achieve this excellent value, a multilayer barrier foil for thermal separation has been integrated into the geometry of the spacer profile. 

Thermal upgrade for heritage windows without changing their appearance.

Warm edge spacer SP37 features an extended black polypropylene cover coextruded directly onto the vertical side wall, creating a clean and uniform appearance while preserving the steel surface required for reliable butyl adhesion.

Decorative muntin system with integrated thermal optimization. Many new sizes available!

Our muntin bar system can be positioned within an insulating glass unit without any direct contact with the glass. It is aesthetically identical to our warm edge spacers, giving insulating glazing manufacturers a complete thermally optimized system that meets current thermal insulation requirements and will also meet the tighter requirements of tomorrow. Cross-shaped muntin bar connectors are used to connect profiles and are matched to the exact profile width in each case.

Together with Eduard Kronenberg and Rottler & Rüdiger, Technoform is exploring a new approach to combine hybrid rigid warm edge spacers with automated cut & corner frame assembly. The concept combines a 45° cut spacer with a universal steel corner key to enable automated assembly of rigid warm edge spacer frames.
