Mentorship program in the United States

Corporate culture – from paper to practice
How do you bring company culture to life – beyond posters and presentations? At Technoform America, we do it through a mentorship program that turns our vision, philosophy, and principles (VPP) into something real and relatable.
The mentorship program invites employees from across the organization to experience the company’s culture first-hand. It is administered by the management, who guides and supports participants throughout the process.

Connecting people and principles
The program brings together people from production and office roles, creating space for open dialog, reflection, and mutual learning.Participants explore the VPP, reflect on what matters to them personally, and share how Technoform’s principles connect to their own ways of thinking and working. This is where culture becomes tangible.
Culture you can feel
Through thoughtful conversations participants are encouraged to look beyond their immediate roles and develop a broader understanding of the company and how it operates as a whole.
The program at a glance

The goal of the Technoform Vision, Philosophy, and Principles (VPP) Mentorship Program is to increase the usage of VPP in daily working life and translate it from paper to practice. Through the participation colleagues will gain more exposure to how we think and act, have their thoughts challenged, and offer their own perspective to the group. These talks are a casual and open forum for us to discuss how we can affect the business in a positive way towards the future. Four – six team members plus a facilitator meet for 6 sessions, once a week for one hour.

A lasting impact
The format creates a welcoming space, helping even more reserved individuals feel comfortable engaging. All members are expected to contribute. The program is also a powerful tool for integration – blending longtime employees with newcomers, on-site staff members with remote colleagues.
Celebrating belonging
At the end participants "graduate" with a celebratory lunch hosted by the general management team. Stories are shared, experiences exchanged, and connections made that go far beyond a six-week cycle. The cultural impact lasts much longer.
